Order processing

  • Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders received on weekdays will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
  • Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times by country

The delivery times listed below are approximate:

  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands: Delivery within 3 working days
  • 🇧🇪 Belgium: Delivery within 3 working days
  • 🇩🇪 Germany: Delivery within 3 working days
  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland: Delivery time 4 to 12 working days

In exceptional cases, such as high delivery volumes, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, delivery may take longer.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs will be clearly displayed to you during the ordering process before you complete your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Scentora BV is not liable for delays caused by the following:

  • an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Delays from the shipping provider
  • Customs controls or customs clearance (especially for deliveries to Switzerland)

Customs and import duties (Switzerland)

Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or other fees.

These costs are borne by the customer and have no influence on Scentora BV.
